About Us

The ISUPK Nonprofit began to establish a name for it self in December 2006, incorporated in February 2007, and received its tax-exempt status in May 2008.

Only the Israelite School of Universal Practical Knowledge ISUPK has the understanding and truth, using the "King James" version of the bible, to awaken the lives of urban Americans that are plagued by hunger; drug addiction; and homelessness (to name a few).

Recent Accomplishments

• Free food distributed to over 200 people a month throughout major U.S. Cities.
• Provided shelter to 20 homeless persons that have participated in the faith-based program.
• Rehabilitated 52 substance abusers to drug-free, healthy living human beings.
• Established parental-custody to a rehabilitated substance abuse father after completing faith-based program for substance abusers.

Mission

ISUPK is a 501 (c) 3, faith-based, community organization that responds to the plaques of poverty-stricken, urban American's through programs such as Education (Adult & Youth); Food Distribution; Rehabilitation (Drug & Alcohol); Spiritual support & counseling.

ISUPK believes that by bridging the biblical knowledge of the past to the present, urban American's of low-income that are under-educated and poverty-stricken can advance their spiritual, mental and physical strength to become stable and non-government systematic dependency persons.

Organizational Beliefs

• ISUPK believes that comprehensive, biblical teaching is a life-long, spiritual commitment that will provide an avenue for better growth to the fullest potential.
• ISUPK believes that urban American's deserve to be able to develop themselves spiritually, mentally and physically in an environment catered to their unmet needs in their community.
• ISUPK believes that biblical teaching and community service is directly connected to the health of the community in urban America.
• ISUPK believes in assuming the responsibility to ensure the opportunities and services to urban America are utilized.
• ISUPK believes that biblical teaching, learning and growth involve parents, children, and the community of urban America.

Programs

Through a framework of regional location centers, ISUPK offers:

• Free Food Distribution– Free food is disseminated throughout regional USA cities.


• Education (Adult & Youth)– Free GED preparation courses for ages 16+, that seeks to obtain their GED. Courses are taught by highly-qualified instructors, all materials are provided, and light refreshments are available.


• Rehabilitation (Drug & Alcohol)– The underline reason(s) behind substance abuse and similar events that cause the activity are addressed through a support system, built to keep individuals sober and not relapse. Discipline is built through spiritual, mental and physical activity to establish personal strength, required to deny drugs. A 24-hour hot-line is available for abusers in case of temptation to relapse.


• Spiritual support & Counseling- By phone, email, &/or in-person, you can take advantage of FREE support & counseling to the following:
  
  
  • Sexually & Mentally Abused- A crisis center with an established bond that allows all victims to be begin a pain-free life from once being abused and to not abuse others, is done through an open-dialogue, journal & auto-biographical writing and talking directly about the different types of abuse suffered; acknowledging that being abused was wrong; and reading &/or reviewing films that address abuse.
  
  
  • Criminal & Gang members (Adult & Youth)- A direct dialog is created and discussed about the affect and actions upon the family and community of criminal & gang members while dealing with specific incidents of violent crime in establishing remorse by teaching the moral and civil laws of the bible as a deterrent to violence to funnel negative energy into positive energy such as Martial Arts, GED courses, Weightlifting, etc.
  
  
  • Single-families- Skills, patience, and wisdom needed to raise a family as a single-parent are taught through the laws of the bible and counseling on the effects of bad parenting. Also, Parental support systems are available.
  
  
  • Married couples- Commitment, patience and mercy towards their spouse; the roles of male & female; the importance of a marriage union; and conflict resolution is taught through counseling that hears each person’s grievances, one at a time, to establish clear judgment of right and wrong.
  
  
Lives of brothers and sisters that were once addicted to drugs, homeless, prostitution, and drug dealing have been turned around through the messages delivered by the ISUPK from GOD in ways to end these plagues on urban America. Nowhere can you or will you be able to find this no-nonsense, strict living, life-saving and changing information of fellowship and biblical teaching besides the Israelite School of Universal Practical Knowledge.

Brothers and sisters that take advantage of ISUPK services discover a sober, strong, family unit and less, dependent living approach to life while being spiritually aware un-like before. Through the process of learning from biblical history who urban Americans are, they gain independence from the system towards spiritual guidance from GOD and promote GOD's mission through the ISUPK as their very lives mirror what they uphold.
